The air conditioning system was quite loud. It disturbed sleep. breakfast service on weekends seemed understaffed. Tables were not cleared promptly and the buffet refills were slow. there was only one type of jam available.

The hotel's location was convenient. It was an easy walk to many attractions. The staff were warm and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna after a day of exploring (the jacuzzi was my favorite!).

The noise isolation could be better. I could hear sounds from the corridor quite clearly. This made it difficult to fully relax in the room sometimes.
